Whp.AI is the artificial intelligence software developed by Wh Tech S.r.l. for the HR data intelligence sector, in response to the need for efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of organizations that operate in an increasingly dynamic context, where people make the difference. This platform is designed to optimize all processes related to personnel research.

Specifically it will allow you to:

• increase the effectiveness of searches, staff repositioning, development and career paths and succession plans;
• evaluate the candidate's potential through an analysis of the CV enriched by further information from Linkedin profiles (or social networks for professional use) and from the personnel files present in the company's HMS (Human Management System);
• configure the best team available for every type of project, business unit and organizational box.

Whp.AI was financed by Puglia Sviluppo S.p.a. and is based on proprietary algorithms according to the ANPAL (National Agency for Active Work Policies) and ESCO (European Skills, Competences, Qualifications and Occupations) models, which were developed with the scientific consultancy of the Polytechnic of Bari, the supervision of Google for Startups and Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub support.

The service will be offered through 3 different annual subscriptions at a price that will vary depending on the geographical market of reference.

Furthermore, a "pay per use" payment type is also provided for companies that want to use Whp.AI on a one-off basis. Additional revenues have been estimated depending on further integrations, customizations and staff training.

Achievements

The main objectives achieved are:

• the Whp.AI platform is registered in the Special Public Register of Software at SIAE with number D000018449. With the capital increase, the patent will be requested;
• the project was presented by CEO Davide De Lucis during the event "Growing Attitude: how (and with whom) Google makes businesses grow in Italy" with the presence of Melissa Ferretti Peretti, Country Manager and VP Google Italy and Matt Brittin, President EMEA Google (Rome, 16 March 2023 - Palazzo Ferrajoli);
• the platform is in the marketing phase, thanks to a success rate of 97.7% for companies that have completed the testing phase;
• the technical tests carried out with large companies have confirmed that the Whp.AI solution complies with the processes and policies of multinationals. Furthermore, all legal aspects related to the GDPR (privacy policy, terms and conditions, privacy impact assessment) are followed by the Panetta law firm, one of the leading experts on the subject within the European panorama.

Wh Tech Srl has established commercial relationships with various companies in the sector, both public and private. Furthermore, the software is currently being tested with multinationals operating in IT, customer service, strategy consultancy and system integration.
