The inclusion of our proprietary Valutometro—a simple and intuitive tool that supports informed decision-making even without advanced technical or financial expertise—alongside other applications like AMAZIT Room (an integrated digital workflow) and the expansion into intangible assets, makes AMAZIT much more than just a platform. It is a true data-driven technological infrastructure for the Italian corporate transaction market.

In Italy, approximately 30,000 companies change ownership every year: over the last five years, more than 150,000 businesses were sold and nearly 586,000 transfers of equity stakes took place, with a total value exceeding €22 billion. Alongside this is the M&A market, which records 1,375 annual transactions for a total value of approximately €70 billion—over €30 billion of which was recorded in the first half of 2025 alone. For the future, between 10,000 and 15,000 annual transitions are estimated.

SMEs, particularly those with a turnover of less than €50 million, represent the predominant component of transactions and the heart of the national economic fabric. The market is characterized by significant fragmentation and long-term structural trends, such as generational transitions and extraordinary operations, which fuel a growing need for professional tools.

Despite its economic relevance, many transactions still occur through traditional or informal channels, especially within the SME segment. This creates a significant opportunity for vertical digital platforms like AMAZIT.IT, which introduce transparency, valuation tools, and structured processes, thereby increasing the efficiency and quality of transactions.

Allocation of raised capital

The capital raising is aimed at supporting the growth and scalability of AMAZIT.IT.

The use of funds is structured according to two alternative scenarios, depending on the total amount raised, with the goal of ensuring immediate operability, validation of the business model, and value creation for investors.

Achievement of the Minimum Target

In this scenario, the resources will be allocated to completing the platform, launching commercial activities, and validating the business model. Even with the minimum target, AMAZIT.IT will be fully operational and able to generate its first transactions.

Allocation of funds:

  • 45% technology and product development: platform evolution, UX/UI, security, core modules, digital data room, and M&A workflow;
  • 30% go-to-market and marketing: commercial launch, B2B digital marketing, acquisition of first users, and brand positioning;
  • 15% operational structure, legal, and compliance: coverage of regulatory costs, contracts, and operational support for initial transactions;
  • 10% general costs and liquidity reserve: day-to-day management and coverage of initial funding needs.

Objective: operational platform, first transactions completed, and validation of market traction.


Achievement of the Maximum Target

Upon reaching the maximum target, AMAZIT.IT will be able to accelerate technological and commercial development, strengthen the team, and position itself as a leading player in the national digital M&A market.
